This dude is obviously from Surf City. And in case you couldn't tell by the lifted truck and street bike next to him about to race, or the fact that he's at PCH and Golden West st, he put an HB sticker on his car, to clarify the Santa Cruz/Huntington Beach "Surf City" debate.
